Rentals – Terms of Service

The rental property will be delivered and picked up by lesser, unless otherwise stipulated, at stated initial time. The lessee accepts responsibility for the rental property and /or equipment. The rental property/equipment will be used only by the lessee and or the persons herein designated at the designated address only. It may not be removed from designated address. The rental property/equipment will be used solely for the purpose it was intended. The lessee is responsible for any damages done to the rental property/equipment in his/her rental period. Lessee agrees to return rental property/equipment in good condition and working order less normal wear and depreciation. In case of wrongful damage, lessee agrees to pay lesser in cash or credit card the responsible cost of repairs for damages sustained and loss of use for leased property/equipment while said is being repaired. In case of irreparable damages stipulated value of rental equipment=$3,000.00, lessee will be held responsible for this cost if such damage should occur. Lessee is required to have adult supervision while rental property/equipment is in use. Lessee will be responsible for any person(s) that might suffer any injury from the use of the rental property/equipment.

Down Payment is required for all reservations.

CANCELLATIONS: Wesblog LLC reserves the right to keep the down payment on all cancellations.

Cancellations Only before 9am on delivery day.
